Return window
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you would like to return an item. Where possible, items should be unused and in original packaging.
Faulty or damaged items
If something arrives damaged or faulty, let us know and we’ll help you sort it out. We may offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
Digital items
Digital items are generally non-refundable once delivered. If you have any issues, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
